Here SysOps can list their MultiPlayer server info and users can send feedback to their SysOps. Or just talk about the MultiPlayer servers they play on. This is not about MultiPlayer in general - please use the MultiPlayer Forum for that!

Banned account!

I was playing for about a week on a good server an i just made my first mill ,i turned on the next day went to join the server again an it came up with this mesg ... sorry account banned from server plz choose another account ? corse i lost all my creidts an ship on joining another server ( anyone know why ? ps i HAVE NOT BEEN CHEATING that sucks ...

Actually especially during lag conditions this can happen to the most mod free of player. Most sysadmins keep records or have logs of cheaters. They also have reinstatement policies since mistakes and errors (like a lag issue) happen. Like uk server says contact the sysadmin or any admin and explain. You come across coherant and understanding, most sysadmins will give you a fair hearing.

If they just unban you, your characters should still be there. While they could delete your characters, it's easier to just ban the player and never bother about the characters.
