Question About Ship Engines

Here SysOps can list their MultiPlayer server info and users can send feedback to their SysOps. Or just talk about the MultiPlayer servers they play on. This is not about MultiPlayer in general - please use the MultiPlayer Forum for that!

Question About Ship Engines

I just started up a new server. (Spec Ops Server) if any one wants to check it out. Anyways, I put in a mod that allows players to select very large ships, like a Liberty Dreadnought, however, there is not a sufficient shield or engine for it. It can't really move and has no sheild. I am using Victor's Mod. If anyone has any suggestions, I would really appreciate them. Thanks.

Jokes - leave it as it is basically. This is due to balance that mod makers do this. It is down to the fact that if they could turn on a sixpence, and use shields then they are unrealistic. If you note, people are starting to crave the realistic mods -where you don't get a 'super own all ship' as they do have thier drawbacks. Battleships weigh in at 1000 times more than fighters. They are 40 times longer -sinply put, they are not supposed to be fairy twinkle toes - they are lumbering big brutes - hence the awesome firepower they have too.........
