Sebas, you can use FLAdmin (the program) to start your server without the initial dialog. The other alternative is to use my IONCROSS Freelancer Server Operator program.

fladmin will resart your server, display upto 3 banner messages, and give access remotly for admin, so they can kick/ban

ioncross server op will also resart your server, display upto 11 banner messages, auto ban most cheats, filter for offensive player names, edit chars, view what they have, do timed bans, (i dont bother with this 1) plus other stuff, but no remote access for your admin

i use both, with fladmin, i switch the restart and the banner messages off, and just use it for the remote access, and use ioncross server op, for everything else, because it does everything else, including getting rid of the ghost accounts, (accounts that are dead)
