Good alternative servers

Here SysOps can list their MultiPlayer server info and users can send feedback to their SysOps. Or just talk about the MultiPlayer servers they play on. This is not about MultiPlayer in general - please use the MultiPlayer Forum for that!

Good alternative servers

I've been checking for suitable alternatives now that the major good servers are down, so heres what i got

24/7 proxima server (TLR afiliated)

Good server, 30 player limit, no lag, unbiased admin - only cheaters are banned, server has a few tune ups server side wich make playing there a lot more dificult

Wireplay Freelancer 1.1 - 212.103.233.38

Good server, 32 player limit, excelent lag, unbiased admin board only cheaters are banned, no server tune ups, clean classic flavour for those who like it that way

Unbiased admin board to Cleaver means they don't mind him showing up with a bunch of goons and running roughshod over everyone else on the server.

Sigh... Can only speak for the Proxima Dedicated server, where I'm one of the Server Deputies (modeled on those Server Deputies found on Elite).

As long as people follow the rules on Proxima Dedicated, anybody is welcome.

They are :
a) No modding, hacking or cheating = Instant Ban reason !
b) No PK'ing in the New York system = Overhear warning from Server Deputy, and you get kicked, come back and repeat, you get banned.
c) No dockcamping that last over 30 minutes.

Anything that threatens the stability of the server, will also get you kicked.
Sorry guys, if you have pings in the 500-600's you threaten the stability of the server for all the other players. So upgrade those 28K8 and 33K6 modems to at least a 56K and hope your POTS lines are good enough for at least a 44K connection, if you want to go on Proxima Dedicated without the risk of getting kicked.

Dockcamping IS a part of the game.. Choose to pay the toll, or try to run, your choice to make. But excessive dockcamping will be frowned upon. 30 minutes is the limit.

That's the rules on Proxima Dedicated. Adhere to them, and we will all have fun. Break them and suffer the consequences.

Thats a part of the game you nerd, if you dont like it fight back, dont complain to the admin about it, take it like a man, not a rat

oh yeah, what i feel about this kind of server rules on new generation of servers comming up "AH AHAHAHAHAHAAHHAAH AHHAHAHAHAHAHA MOAHAAHAAHAHAHAHA HAHAHAHAHAAHHA HAHAHAHAHAH"
