using FLMM to launch FL = lag?

Here SysOps can list their MultiPlayer server info and users can send feedback to their SysOps. Or just talk about the MultiPlayer servers they play on. This is not about MultiPlayer in general - please use the MultiPlayer Forum for that!

using FLMM to launch FL = lag?

I've had people report that they have no mods active but using FLMM to launch FL before going online. But getting hard lag when there online, I can't replicate this myself so anyone else had this?

I can't see how that'd be possible, though if it can be replicated, please let me know and I'll try to figure it out.
Here's the exact C++ Win32 code that FLMM uses to launch Freelancer, if anyone's interested:
