FLStat....

Here SysOps can list their MultiPlayer server info and users can send feedback to their SysOps. Or just talk about the MultiPlayer servers they play on. This is not about MultiPlayer in general - please use the MultiPlayer Forum for that!

I know of at least 8 servers that are running FLstat, but I'm sure that there are more out there given the number of downloads FLstat has had >300 for 1.0a). If anyone can tell me how to get the global IP list, I can check them all for a web server...

and admins: publish your URLs in the Server News (MOTD).

Suggestion for a future version if you're still eager to work on it; have the table list the last few digits of a player's account number, so we know when looking at the table which characters actually belong to the same person. Sure, some servers have a couple hundred characters on them, but most of them are multiple characters for a single player. I personally think this messes up the ranking system a bit, and wouldn't mind being able to tell which characters are with each player, even if you just assign them player numbers like 1, 2, 3 etc. We could see any number of characters having the same player number and know that player controls all of them. My thoughts, anyway....

It's an interesting idea - I might be able to add an option which only shows the top one or two character per player account, but I don't know how the players will like this. The -days option does at least exclude those characters that aren't actually active.

I'll keep it in mind for a future version...

Cryo I really think you should seperate the moded servers from vanillia's. Usually they have better chances of making money so cant be ranked against a standard 1.1v server.

In most cases If you cant spot a modded server from a vanilla by studying an flstat page in the first 20 seconds then you probably should not try to understand the data about players/charac it produces in the first place.
Yes its a brutal statement but it does'nt make it any less true.
come on, the guys like Cryo that produce these third party tools shouldnt have to come round to your house and lead you by the hand until your lazy eye and brain finaly stumbles on a pattern that it recognises.

I have changed the Global Stats by Rank to differentiate modded servers from clean servers, and also showing which mod the server is using.

I've also released a new version of FLstat, v1.2!

The readme info for the -cheat option, isnt it backwards, shouldn't it be 1 as less sensitive and 50 as most? I first tried it on 30 as you recommended and saw 1/3 of all players highlighted. So using your readme as a guide changed to 50, then nearly All players where highlighted

So I'm trying to get a happy -cheat setting but its catching the wrong players, even when on 1 it's still catches players I know haven't cheated, my Own . The beta you sent me a month ago was better than this.
