1.1 patch

After patch my server still says ver 1.0 but when i try to reinstall patch it pops up that patch 1.1 is alreadu installed. I would not worry about it except I am getting crashes to desk top and players respaning in base exits.
Win XP
2.4 GHZ
1 G memory
