Problems on server

My group was having a some problems with a couple individuals on the 24/7 Seattle Based server last night. Can someone please instruct me where the proper place to put in a complaint would be?

Being Pked in Liberty hurts me no more than it does in other systems. The rule is what is causing your psychological pain. Preventing noob advancement and noob torchure is all you need to worry about. Keep it Reasonable.

If you are a non-noob and are still suffering from Liberty Killing, then you have my condolences.
