If u need to cheat go play single player.
Stay off of the servers because u will crash them if they are not running the same mod.

I probably wouldn't have used mods except in single player because as you said not everyone has them but what i wanted to do was know what file and where the file is that i can change the amount of starting money in multiplayer or singleplayer game i knew about using mods in multi could cause it to crash but it's i want to start a server and i've been on countless servers in my time and only one had this feature that you did not have to work to get money you could focus more on the gameplay not the financial state of your account. Sorry for any confusion

Waell I wouldn't starte a server were you starte with $50,000,000 ,but I am tring to starte a server were youn starte with $5,000. If I can do this I will tell you how I did it.

In the depots in New York near the trade lanes theres about 17k in cargo alone, so you figure out How you get it and survive, its not hard. Don't cheat online and you wont get banned, simple as that.
