How do you transfer a server to another comp?

Well i just got a new comp and i wanted to know how you transfer (or even if you can) my server and all of its contents

Panther2 located at the top of the server list running DSL out of woodbine, Maryland USA

in "my documents" is a folder called "my games",. thats all acount info, for chars,. just copy em across to the new `pute, if u need 2 lan in on same machine for any reason,. then u will also need the same mp acount id on the new pute 2,
