Is it viable or possible to for example host say the starwars or B5 mods onto the official 1.1 version server without also allowing other hacks/cheats to run.

I was thinking of expanding the server with some of the great mod addons thats around but i dont want the nutters in there with money hacks and other hacks/cheats so is this possible ??
