Elite is down...AGAIN

This is one of the few issues in life that actually is black or white. If the server is not up, it is down. Not much else to say about it really. No shades of grey here.

Elite is down again and this time in a shade of grey. There are 11 people logged on but I am told that the server has crashed when I try to connect. Ping and other such things are of the normal amount.

And still is.
Shows up with normal ping and only 4/33 layers.
Connect, comes back with taking longer than expected
then appears to be down.
We will patienty await the admins action.
