Is there a way to edit or configure some things on the server? (other than the fields for the name and the description of the server)

I saw that in some servers, you start with some reputations already sets... I can't figure out how to set this...

Are there any commands we can type in the console?

Where the hell am I going?

Do God Exist?

Where is the dog food?

Is Mary a girl?

ect...
