Give it up. Stop trying to be everyone's savior (like always). Theres so much evidence stock pileing over you that its amazeing. We have the past of people's reports (not just us, thankyou), and ours. You've allso confessed to cheating by attempting to cover up yourself with the lame tatic "i has starkillers" for cargo. Agian, once you die, you LOOSE your cargo. Allso another note, do you remember being kicked by Elite every 9 seconds? And your suddon jump to level hmm what was it.. 40 something when you first joined Elite? As the Summerians would put it, may the moutains of mashu crush you in your lies.

Btw you speak very wise stinger yet im banned from your server with an allegelly 2 month old log as proof, logs can be created and twisted you know? What other evidence was used on my case? The word of a person? Or several? Was i even consulted as the defendant of this accusation?

I know, I hear ya. This is the deal folks. The people behind the scenes of TLR affiliated servers are not new at this. We have countless realtime hours invested in knowlegde we have about the way Freelancer works from a server side perspective. Ther are people better at this than me at getting good tools working to monitor the servers for all kinds of activity. It's NOT a perfect science and we do make errors in judgement sometimes. We also know all the tricks to forgery. But we ARE open to discussion revolving around any gray areas (in other words, we're not blind to extenuating circumstances). But some regulars (not all) have an established reputation as whistle blowers on server anomolies like cheaters/modders/stealers of software. They also know that if they steer us wrong, we'll be less likely to listen to them in the future.

The log referenced above is what it is. To quote one of my favorite singers Jim Groce... "You don't tug on Supermans cap, you don't spit into the wind, you don't pull the mask off the 'ol Lone Ranger and you don't mess around with Jim" In a nutshell, that means don't tempt fate then get upset when the walls come crashing down around you. The log itself brought this upon you. Many attempts are made before anyone is banned (which is a matter of policy) but we don't have all day to do that. So we post email addresses all over the place in the hopes that players will contact us if there's a dispute.

With great power comes great responsibility and no one lives that more than the admins of TLR affiliated servers. We're just doing our best to provide the most stable, largest and cheat free server out there.

Ok tks for the proper response stinger i learned that i was banned for allegelly having a warez build well by the time i was banned i already had a legit build and guess what? My computer creates the same ID whether its warez or legit, because the generation is made on the very hardware computer specifications, so if i had the bad luck of having only one computer here i would be banned and without any other account to turn into... Next time give the person a warning and them ban if the person persists in the error; just a modest advice from someone in the client side of freelancer.

cleaver u may have a legit version now none of us really know for sure u could have one but still if u are entering Elite after u have been banned without permission that is rong and u have said in a diffrent thread that u have a diffrent account under a diffrent name..

Yep that suits me as im banned and that way i also wont have any NEO's picking on me (cleaver on neo kill list), even tasiin's sysop friend cant trace me, i'd say its my life insurance on elite.

I do not know if he is a cheater for sure but all the evidences definitely points toward that being the case. As someone else said, he has been offering people ridiculously large sums of money. For example, he tried to give me 12 million credits for absolutely nothing. I've heard of generosity but to have enough money to give amounts that large to every person you meet, I don't think so. Maybe on its own that is not enough to prove that he is cheating but in combination with the things everybody else has had to say about him, I think its about as close as we are going to get to an airtight case.

i have never gave that much money to anyone the most i have gave was 1 million credits

there are no screenshots of me cheating and i have never cheated they just cannot beat me in a 5on1 fight and they know im good and they cant beat me so they have to get me banned

You never actually gave me 12 million credits but you did try, I just wasn't stupid enough to except it. I'm certain it was 12 million because I took extra care to count the number of digits several time over since it seemed so odd that you would give out such an incriminatingly large amount of money.

I have about 4 millions, tks to dragon, i gave him several nomad weapons long time ago (in his noob days) and he just gave me the money, i asked him if he was cheating and he only replied with "i just do a lot of outcasts missions". He did the same with several other ppl, once he turned almost the entire server on us promissing millions to each person.
About your friends? Care to give nicks? I dont remember about you having friends and dont remember reporting friends of yours either.

it is possible to cheat on elite. A cheat was discovered and posted just a few days ago.

As a player of the first hour, with too many new chars build from ground up out of boredom, i now consider myself a cheater on Elite..!
Because i noticed that the new patch dòès infact block stuff like adding higher shield or weapon class than is actually originally allowed on your ship.. but it still doesn`t block other basic clientside changes in the .ini.. think to stuff like speed..cargo.. that sort of things.
Seems to me DA has been concentrating on the bigger irritations, like stuff handy for fighters.
Which i would fully understand ofcourse and encourage!
