yes there is I have 1 and me as admins on my server and as so all peeps in game like us and nomadds too what u need to do is tweak the mpnewcharacter.fl like this so make a copy of the old one !!!!

ok after u tweak the server u need to put a pass on it or all peeps that come to it will get the cash and the good rep .. ok then tell the peeps that u want to be admins to come into the server give them the pass , they make a new guy then boom they have a good rep and cash too boot now after u have all the admins make new guys close the server and but the mpnewcharacter.fl back to what is was the old one then there u have admins with good reps with all to help out the new guys!!

Now, I would like to fly a (customized) ship that is invulnerable and extremely heavily armed (like a battleship) so I can enforce the server rules... I tried several mods but they require the mods to be running server- and client-side, otherwise it crashes when anybody calls a ''modded'' account.

Well I am looking for some thing like that too so if I find one I will post it !!
