Win2k Server won´t start

Hi, my clan is running a dedicated Root Server.

Now we want to set up our own Win2k Server. My Clan-Leader made Server-Installation on his own Computer and then moved the files on the server.

Now when he enters server name, port etc and presses ok the server crashes.

Any ideas?
