Here SysOps can list their MultiPlayer server info and users can send feedback to their SysOps. Or just talk about the MultiPlayer servers they play on. This is not about MultiPlayer in general - please use the MultiPlayer Forum for that!

newcharacter.ini, I don't remember if it's encrypted or not.

If you edit that INI file, does that require the remote player to have it as well to gain the benefits of the enhanced starting money?

Or would that be a server side only modification?
