Server issue "That name already in use"

Here SysOps can list their MultiPlayer server info and users can send feedback to their SysOps. Or just talk about the MultiPlayer servers they play on. This is not about MultiPlayer in general - please use the MultiPlayer Forum for that!

Server issue "That name already in use"

Help! I have much trouble with my server. No one can login becuase it keeps saying that " That name is in use" or something along those lines.

If someone could please help me it would be much appreciated

did u make any changes in your newcharacter.ini file ??
I had the same problems after changing something in that file
So i changed all my .ini files back to original and that fixed the problem
Always good to try to connect your server from another computer then the one your server is running on i found out

Cheating trash like Lance-R deserve everything they get.

He logged onto my server, hacked his ini to get to level 38 and started offering cash to newbies in New York.

Good riddance.
