Server losing connection w Global server?

Anyone having problems where the server eventually just stops communicating with the Global Server? My server apparently is still active, and I can connect to it via my LAN connection, but my friends can't find it through the internet.
I simply shutdown the FLServer and re-run it, and it gets back on just fine.

Suggestions?
