Freelancer on a Flash Drive

I have a 2gb Flash Drive, so would I be able to run it off a flash drive without installing it on the computer? Because for some reason I was able to run Halo Trail on my Flash Drive without installing it on the computer I was playing it on...

Ok thats great! But there is something wrong with freelancer I think... the suns are really wonky and when an object goes past the rays, light whatever you want to call it, the rays get sucked into the object. Im running Windows Vista Home Premium with the Freelancer Quickfix and a Nvidia GeForce 7300.

yeah well FL doesn't run pretty well on vista...

in another post it was stated that I might want to downgrade my sister's video card drivers to a more stable version so the install of freelancer would run better

that could be the case here as well, a beta driver that seems to have unrepaired bugs in it

personally I wouldn't recommend getting an OS when it is still new cause there are usually lots of unfound bugs that can cause trouble in them
I'd have suggested waiting about a year to insure that any major bugs were fixed already

yeah, but it also happens on my dads laptop and it didn't used to happen on this computer

Well, with a flash drive you should in theory be OK as long as the drive letter is the same every time.

As far as one computer to another, you have a whole other set of possible issues that could arise as hardware and software can and will be different.
