Undo the God Mode

Hey, a friend of mine used the God mode cheat on my copy of Freelancer (editing the perfoptions), and I can't seem to turn it off. I reset Perf options but all my save games continue to be invulnerable. It takes all the excitement out.

Is there a way to fix this?

,sorry but saves in godmode stay , and you must, restart a game or enter a save that was befor god mode, i would suggest , reloading freelancer, and starting over, and using Ironcross to modify your charicter if you want to cheat.

God mode isn't applied to save games, the God mode is either still on or your friend used more than just the God mode.

In perfoptions.ini you'll find "DIFFICULTY_SCALE" near the bottom, it should read "1.00" for normal play.

find data\interface\optlist.ini
and append below this line:
"option = 1894"
this option:
option = 1407, 2450, 1, false, false

that will place the Difficulty setting in your options menu
