Jump gate problem??
Hey there everybody...
I'm new to the forums here, but definitely not new to this site, as i have been a fan of the starlancer game and more recently FREELANCER, which i personally think is one of microsoft's best games. About 3 days ago, I downloaded the demo for freelancer, and i haven't regretted a moment of it. I am planning on buying the full scale game, when i can find it, cause right now $30 is a bit to much in my opnion. Anyways, I just had a quick technical question about the gameplay in the demo...According to microsoft, the demo lets players explore the entire LIBERTY system of space, but when I try to access the jump gates for the colorado or Texas systems, even while flying a Rhino freighter, I always get an "access denied" response. Am I doing something wrong, or is this just a limitation of the demo, or a technical issue with the game? Maybe i misunderstood the demo's capabilities...
if anyone can set me straight on this, that'd be great....
