Problem with weapons fire.

I have a problem with freelancer.

When ever I fire a weapon it doesnt show the bullets, just the guns blazing.

Ill post a screenshot later to tell you what I mean.

can some one help me with this.

i cant see the bullets being fired when turning. only when i fly straight and even that sometimes.

never had a problem with this, though i must say that it is odd.

How about upping your graphics? is it as high as they go?

There are, from time to time, problems with mods that modify weps. One moment the Projectile show leaving the gun with trail, another they are not. Never firgue a way around this myself.

the game was bone stock. I didnt modify a thing and started a new game.

the funny thing is that this happenned last time also and I just quit playing freelancer and after 2 weeks i start it and its fine, now its happenning again.

My gfx card is a xfx5200 128 mb.
processor is amd 64 1.8ghz.
OS is winxp/ sp2.
