Ok, I have posted this before about 4 months ago and back then no one had a working fix (and there was more then just me with the problem).

When I load up freelancer and click multi player it starts to lag and gets worse No servers show up and it says its still trying to connect to global server or w/e
Even when I start my own fl server (on my computer) the lag gets extremely high and the server is crashed. Before this problem I was playing fl online and could host a server.

Im not on a router
I got the newest directx
I did fresh installs
Cant find any left over reg keys
I have taken off all firewalls and anti-viruses

If anyone has a fix to this problem or a idea on what it might be please post.
