Freelancer 4 Ever

well i really didnt know where to advertise so im doing it here.
version: Discovery 4.83
starting money : 100,000,000
rep: all nuteral.
Claiming Systems: Yes, Clans only. (except for the admin controlled Omicron Beta. if u enter this system ill attack you so get ready lol)
Max players 100 people
total server players so far is 13. including 3 admin characters. i am the main admin, and observer is the secondary admin. this server is bassicly free enterprise.

Rulz: 1. Clans that own systems may attack anyone that enters their territory.
2. If u get attacked you have the right to fight back.
3. People At Level 50 - cannot be attacked.
4 Obey Admins
5: maximum of 2 systems per clan
6: NO CHEATING OR MONEY LAUNDERING. (or begging for $$$)
7. People at level 50 - that are accompanied by level 69 +'s can be attacked.
8. Attackie admini = ownage of you.
9. Cussing is ok. i dont care about that unlike other servers...
10. there isnt a 10th rule.

oh and also. people cant join my server.
its messed up.
but i can. how do i fix this

If I were to guess, you have a router and it needs to be configured to allow people to connect to your server.
If the instructions that came with your router don't tell you how to allow this search for information on routers and you should be able to figure it out, hopefully, if not post here and some kind members may be able to help you.

It'll probably have something to do with forwarding ports 2302-2303.

ok how do i do that?
and my friend was able to join,
but how do i make LAN say no on the server list.
because its NOT lan.

portforward.com can offer router-model # specific instructions with screenshots for opening ports, they are usually accurate but may not look quite the same due to firmware revisions in the router before or after you purchased/updated yours

as for your friend being able to join do not worry this is normal, anyone can play on a server over LAN whether it's net listed or not, so long as they are -inside- the local area network..eg the server's admin playing on a separate computer connected to the same router so as not to lag or crash the server's box
