LAN

A friend and I just started to play freelancer just the two of us over LAN, and we really loved the game... But now 3 days after we feel like we completed the game. There isn't any missions that are giving us a hard time, we think we have discovered the whole universe, and we've almost got the largest ship.

Can this be true??? Are we missing something?? Isn't there anything more to the game??

And BTW, can't you buy those large freigthers anywhere, whose that can carry like a million units in cargo...

for the train, you need to check out mods. For more fun, just go on-line to find a good server to play on.

But we haven't got internet where we are...

So, there isn't anymore to do in the LAN game??

If I belive the storyline missions are single player only.

Your best bet now is to install some of the mods availablehere to spruce it up, expand the universe and do another storyline set of missions.

FL MP is about the people you play with, rarely about the pretty pictures and finding the next system. Play on a server that has more than just you and your friend. Play a hostile group or be hostile (within their rules of course!) and see how you fare. It can get frustrating dying a thousand times but take it well and you'll earn respect. In this nebulous ether called the Internet that's very hard to earn...
