Ship Editing, a few questions

Ok so there are alot of sweet ships in FL, but I want to be able to mount the best weapons on more then just a 3 or 4 of them. What I am wondering....where and what is the value for weapon classes of the ships..is this even editable? Thanks any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ok i figured that out, sweet. Now i am having problems finding something else. I have looked everywhere, but i cannot find where you change the power rating of ships. anyone know where?

The Power planets for the ship's are located in the misc_equip.ini.
