Ship speed?

Anyway to change the normal speed, burst speed and cruise speed? I kinda want the light fighters to be faster than heavy fighters and so on.

Regular speed and afterburner speed seems to be based on the friction the engine each ship has, the standard is 599, they can be found in engine_epuip.ini, let me know if you find the cruise speed settings.

all the way down on the bottom on that post..

it's not based on the friction, it's the max_force / 600 = meters per second
the cruise speed is hard coded, or atleast seems to be missing, to best discribe my search findings anyway

down side of editing the friction settings though is that it will take longer to stop hahaha.

atleast that was my conclusion when i messed with it the other day.
