i've searched the forums for some help on changing the prices of bribes with no luck.

can someone point me in the right direction please.

Yeah, the 10000 entry is multiplied on the amount of rep change required, so that ones the thing to modify.
The 16100 is a dll entry in offerbriberesources.dll that gives the text that accompanies it.
