crazy undocking bug

I've encountered a bug in my mod that I've never encountered before. I did a forum search but it came up empty.

Here's the bug:
I've got a bunch of new ships in my mod and I chose one to use for the MP starting ship. Everything is correctly loaded out, I double and triple checked. Thing is, whenever I undock from the station, I explode! I've tried a bunch of things but nothing fixed the problem.

Anyone have any ideas? I'm clueless. lol.

Strange. Try switching the default ship to another of you custom ones, same planet, etc. See if it does the same thing. That should narrow it down.

Also, post your code for the ship, so that we can check it.

whats the size of that ship? if you made it too big it could get stuck in the docking ring and explode

I tried changing the ship to a regular fl one, and the same thing occured.

Also, the ship is a lot smaller than regular fl ships, about 1/3 the size, so it couldn't have gotten stuck.

One thing that came to mind was the fact that I changed the planet and sun size so they're 5-6x bigger. Could that have something to do with it?

(also I took off from a base so it can't be the atmosphere.)

Sounds like a death zone is getting you, if you've increased the size of the sun/planet you've probably changed the size of thier death zones and are now launching inside them, Insta-death .

Try commenting (semi-colon)them out in the system ini to see.
