check out epsilon i used to run that mod and the pirates chase you down if you run.

I once had this mod which I forgot the name, but when theres a fleet (say 5 ships or so), more ships of that faction come and it'll result in 20 ships coming around.

I believe they used to do that in older versions of Flak 88 but, it slowed down people's server's too much so now they limit the battles a bit more
