New idea mod for server

So I have a new idea for a new mod, here it goes:

there is only 1 system

there is a planet at one point and at the other side of the system there is a another planet.
1 planet is a bretonia planet and the other rheinland

the server can hold up to 100 people, so 50 at each side

so each side has 2 battleships and there are 6 cruisers and the rest are regular fighters.
And at one battleship, 3 cruisers join on it, and on each cruiser 7 fighters join on it. and this also must happen on the other battleship. So when you do this on each side, you get 2 big army's. Then you make a deal on which sector you wanna fight and then everyone goes to the coordinates.

When both sides meet, you get a Huge fight.

I will soon get a new PC so I CAN realize this but I dont know for sure.

what do you guys think of this idea?

We did have exactly what you have in mind, a great battle between 2 colonies (in our case Rheinland vs Liberty) as a very big server-event on Hamburg City with 128 players and some capital ships on each side. It was great fun to play and we will repeat the event in the near future I think, you may want to take part. (you dont have to register for the event, just join the server on event day)

But actually I dont think this type of gameplay delivers the long-term motivation to keep players attracted. I also had the idea to establish a semi-dynamic war between 2 colonies, where the amount of npcs and human enemies you kill has an influence on the general owning of the sectors and bases. Like an RPG-War-Server or something where you take your part in a giant war that is happening around you.

many servers run such RP
Crossfire runs a serverwide RP between ASF and CSF where every kill between those RP faction is counted and a score is calculated automatically by the server
