Problem with FLE

I am using Freelancer Explorer as a system maker, but the prolbem is I try to add a ship into a base it appears and then when I go and open the add ship back up it says no ship. Also I tried to change a ship and now it only says NO SHIP. Can any1 tell me what is wrong, and why I can't add anymore things into my mod!!!!

perhaps posting this in the EOA forum might be of more helpfulness as it may be a bug or a wrong peice of coding

Also I cannot install the newest version of FLE. All I get is that pic with a peice of paper.

Did you check the "Base Template" in the FLExplorer?
You can still keep the basic "outside" look of the base, but it's what is listed for the inside that makes the difference. The base template is what allows for this change. If it doesn't have "ships" listed, it won't sell the ship. I happened to find this out too. It isn't the explorer, it's just the base templates.
What I mean here, is that a base must have a ship dealer so it can sell ships.

It hase the right templete. I even changed the templete but I still doesn't work.

Zeus, the only other thing I can think of is to make sure the ship to be bought is "enabled" on that base. (market_ships.ini)

Another thing to consider is NOT to use a base template for a planet and use it on a space station, that will guarantee a crash, shipdealer or not. Check your mbase ini to see if your base is configured properly for a shipdealer.

Thank You all of you for your help. The problem was with the ini's every ship was for sale @ all my bases. Thankx again.
