Fraid we have a no cross posting policy here, so you must choose a forum for a thread and make it there... and there only.

A request is probabily better here, so therefore I will close the one in the tutorials forum - but please familiarise yourself with the forum rules

The Search Forums option (look up) is your friend!

Anyway, for factions here is a good tutorial.
If you mean encounters then I don't recall seeing a comprehensive tutorial about them. Try searching around the different editing forums using the search term "encounters" and see what you come up with.
