SP compatibility

I've been playing around with making my mod SP compatible, but I ran into a snag. I saw on the Fresh Start mod included in FLMM 1.4 Beta that they modified restart.fl to acheive the opensp effect. So, I redid my own restart.fl file for my mod. Basically, It's like the Frest Start one, except that I eliminated the locked gates and copied the [group tags from the initialworld.ini file in my mod. I also have the starting system set to a new system I made. I play-tested it, and it seemed at first to work fine in Liberty, but then when I went to Planet Curacao and tried to take a mission, it said "No Missions available - come back when you're a more advanced pilot". I've got it set to start at level 50, so I don't know what it means. Anybody got any ideas?
