editing the height and width

i need to manuall adjust the height and width of the game window because i am spanning across 3 monitors. every game so far has worked by editing the config files. freelancer has so many and i can't find the one for the size of the window so i can run it in window mode. which config file is it? please help.

just append -w to the shortcut path, freelancers window will be whatever size the resolution dictates

I don't know much about this, but there is:
My Documents\My Games\Freelancer\PerfOptions.ini

In there it has:
[Display
size= 1024, 768
color_bpp= 32
depth_bpp= 24

..and a bunch of other user display type options. Hopefully some of this is useful and welcome to TLR by the way!

I have an 17" TFT-Monitor and I want to make FL run in the monitor´s native resolution (1280 x 1024) and I want to know if this can also be done over this config file or by a shortcut parameter (like the -w)????

Your answer is above. Look in PerfOptions.ini and change this:
<pre><font size=1 face=Courier>[Display
size= 1024, 768 </font></pre>
to this:
<pre><font size=1 face=Courier>[Display
size= 1280, 1024 </font></pre>
