NPC Engines

I've changed the Eagle engine flame color to the one I wanted by editing engine_equip.ini, but any NPCs using the same ship still use the original engine flame. How do I edit their engines?

\data\ships\loadouts.ini

In that file, find the NPC loadout you want and change the engine they use.
