Getting Info card Text

I wasn't sure where to post this... but, whats the best way to go about retrieving Info card data (directly from dlls modded and not) with 'strid_name' numbers and 'ids_info'??

for example from Universe.ini:
[system
nickname = Li01
file = Systems\Li01\Li01.ini
pos = 7, 8
msg_id_prefix = gcs_refer_system_Li01
visit = 0
strid_name = 196609
ids_info = 66106

to return "NEW YORK"?

Look in the Tutorials, those can help you, you just need to put some time into it.
Anyway FL-IDS program would be a good start.

Well I should have been more specific, I meant programmatically... but its fine thanks for your help. An error from FL-IDS helped me along my way
