starting reputations

here is my problem i am working on a mod and lets face it i am a noob at this so what i am trying to find out is how to make newplayers neutral with everyone at the start so they can move on from there

The newplayer.fl in the exe folder has the start reps for SP, OpenSP depends on which version you use as it can be either the M13.ini in the missions folder or the newplayer.fl. MP is controlled serverside by the mpnewcharacter.fl, the newplayer.fl needs a save game editer to alter it but the others open in notepad.

If you edit the newplayer.fl then you will need to delete any save game files your mod has, as the restart.fl is read first by FL if it finds one to use, leaving your edited file unread, and your reps unchanged.

you can find this opions in DATA/MISSIONS/M13 in the m13.ini. (You must BINI it) set all numbers right of the faction name to =0).
on this site is a great no SP-Mod, where you can better make this. I don't know his name, but this mod has a hacked? Content.dll.
