Ids Problem

Hi guys,
I am having a huge problem with the Ids. When ever I make a new name or make a new dll. to put names, the game crashes and makes a error report in FLspit.
Now I checked many times to make sure nothing was over writing anything.
This is for anything. If I make a name it crashes, even if there is nothing on that line.

Here is the error I get,

WARNING:General:set_gamma_function() called outside of create_buffers/destroy_buffers
ERROR: Failed to insert new base into system DB due to ID collision.
ERROR: Failed to insert new base into system DB due to ID collision.
ERROR: Failed to insert new base into system DB due to ID collision.

I really have no idea why it crashes everytime I make a new name. Becuase when I use my backup it works fine until I make a new name.
Some help on this would be great.

what kinds of numbers are you using? could you give a few? Is it in a custom DLL or are you adding to names resources?

Well at frist I tired editing to info.dll for the info of items and the names to the Nameresorces.dll. They worked fine for about a week and then all of a sudden it started crashing when ever I make a new name. I checked to make sure It wasn't over writing anything.
I messed around alittle last night seeing if I could get it to work and I got one name to work.
The numbers I started in nameresorces would be....
196943

This problem mostly started when I started making new items(like Beef,Computer chips, Steriods, etc.) It worked fine at frist, but then I started getting red lag and then CTD on my Lan testing. Then it wouldn't run no more it would crash at the start up screen and give me that error.
"Sigh"
I might just take it one step at a time and see which numbers tigger this.

Um... why are you adding new DLL entries? A new Faction? That's about the only good reason to add new DLL entries... you can do location names, character names, ship/equip/etc. names with XML much more easily and with far less work and chances of Something Horrible happening

I am adding names for weapons, items, Factions and other goddies. I've just ramdomly ran into this problem a few days ago.
I hate scripts, they caused too many problems over the past, you can even see the problems in my 0.4 version. Plus XML won't show up in FLE.
The only time I would ever use a script is if it is something that has nothing to do with ids, or adding a new object.
I've really ran into far less problems when I stopped using scripts.
But that's just me.
I've worked with this problem and found out it's only happens with a few numbers. So I just need to figure out which ones. But I do not know why.
