How can I add the Order and the Nomads to the ingame-rep-list?

only by making a second faction that copies the exact original one

Not true, search for my order in the rep list mod on this site

Alternatively use a hex editor to search for fc_n_grp (nomads) and fc_or_grp in common dll and overwrite each letter with 00h
