Masking JH/JG from Explorer?

Ok ive seen like 3 mods with that so explorer cant see the jump holes/gates and inside thers the JH but it dosent show up in the universe file.

Probably just another of FLE's little bugs, and there are a lot of them, I can't use it with my mod as it just cannot handle my script file.
