HELP!Replace loading screen and intro screen(the one that ha

I was looking over lancers reactor trying to figure out how to Replace loading screen (the one that says freelancer and has the planet in the top right corner)and intro screen(the one that has the ball and the hammer) and the best one i found was
http://lancersreactor.com/t/forum/topic ... ng&M=False But i think that one is just how to edit the ships flying by on the screen that you pic to play either mp or sp. But i wont to know how to change the starting screens.

So far what i have done was:

ok i went here: C:\Program Files\Freelancer Mod Manager\mods\247LancerServerMOD\DATA\INTERFACE\INTRO\IMAGES
........................../\ . _my mod
...........................I_/
And i changed well i overrighted(after backing them up)
startupscreen_1280_16.bmp
startupscreen_1280.tga
startupscreen_16.bmp
startupscreen.tga

with my new pics: Well Now it doesn't even show the freelancer (http://img95.imageshack.us/img95/9057/c ... n166xq.png)that is the page i am tring to edit(i had to resize it a little so imageshack would take it)

Please Help m8s thanks

Simplicity itself:

Simply open up freelancer.ini and look for this section:
[Startup
movie_file = movies\MGS_Logo_Final.wmv
movie_file = movies\DA_Logo_Final.wmv
movie_file = movies\FL_Intro.wmv

input wahtever movies you want to play there (I assume they have to be in wmv format) or stop them from playing by putting a ; infront of them.

Changing the planets in the menu screen involves editing a system, and is covered at the link you posted.

We have been playing with this some ourselves and what mykrul999 said about the movies is right on. Once you have edited the ini for them make sure and place the movies named as you put in the ini in your DATA\MOVIES folder. The pic problem sounds similar to a mistake we made when first trying this which is. The size has to stay the same and the new file has to be saved as the same bit depth as the origional or else it will not work.
