Help! How did i manage to mess up this bad

First time modder here and i created all new systems but kept manhatten(for starting area) and freeport 7 (for the movie) but instead of starting in manhatten i started in freeport 7 and can fly around fine and go throught jump holes but how do i change the starting area back to manhatten?.

One way:
Download the Simple Save Editor

Open your AutoSave

Replace your current system\base with

system = Li01
base = Li01_01_Base

Save it as Restart

Load the game

Pick "New Game"

You may want to flush out your old saves or save them to another folder before starting a new game.
