There have been a few Deathstar models built over the years, but how many have been implemented into Mods, I'm not sure (I know I built a basic one about a year ago, but it wasn't that good as it was one of my first models and was never used in the end). However, what I am aware off is that Tie-Universe is planning on it's next release having the Deathstar while Freeworlds 1.66 will feature the Proto-Type Deathstar in Kessel.
