Editing Cityscapes

Does anyone know a tutorial to edit cityscapes? If not, could someone tell me how and what programs to use? I'd really appriecate it.

The answers to that are sitting right below your post... please use the Search function in the future

Meanwhile, this post talks about the Room THNs and CMPs used to create Cityscapes and Dealer Rooms.

Oh yeah... and you can download the latest version of my XML Toolkit Mod (1.1), which has a couple of new Rooms added. Rooms are rather tricky to work with, so be warned... until you're quite comfortable with Mbases, it'll take some doing.

There is no comprehensive tutorials on it yet, the best bet is to look up anything to do with THN's (there was a tutorials about understanding THN's a long while back). It is possible to do, but it requires far more coding than a simple INI file. My warning is do not attempt unless you have the time, patience and hair left for it

I know Argh at some point was considering making a tutorial on this all, as have I. Perhaps in the future myself and Argh might compile both our stored knowledge on this subject and create a comprehensive tutorial for everyone, but the question is time, as not only is editting THN's costly in time, but to write a tutorial that fully explains it will also require a large amount of time.
