I dont know if theres one out there that im not aware of or something but, id really like a mod that fixed the "Liberty's weak as crap"ness in FL.

Its just annoying that all the other colinies got all the good stuff
(Liberty max weapon lvl - 2, Rihneland's - 7, Hispania deveation's - 10 or something)

Try this out. This is something I built, and one of the many things it does is re-balance the ships and weapons. I think you will find that Liberty's stuff really isn't that bad, when you can actually buy it, and mount it on your ships
