Camera offsets? Speak English will ya

I was making a liberty dreadnought flyable last night when I saw some code for the shiparch.ini that are the camera settings. However, I do not know what the hell each one does. Here's the code that i saw:

camera_offset=9, 120
camera_angular_acceleration=0.05
camera_horizontal_turn_angle=23
camera_vertical_turn_up_angle=5
camera_vertical_turn_down_angle=30
camera_turn_look_ahead_slerp_amount=1

Can Somebody please translate this into plain English?

Ok, I figured the camera offsets out. But, I still can't figure out how to modify the offset for the turrent camera. Does anybody have any ideas on this?

So do I have to write a cockpit file just for the dreadnought or is there a way to put the turrent camera code into the shiparch.ini file?

You have to write a new one... just copy one of the old ones, change the filename, and change the settings
