Is there any mods out there FLMM capitble that can edit reputation with the different fractions?

Probably not, can somone politely point me somewhere that a person with no modding/editing experiance can use?

i think the Ioncross Character Editor can do that, but i don't know where it is.

You can find that and all oter IONCROSS stuff at www.ioncross.com (convenient eh?). Enter the site under software, it all should be in there.
