If I modify a freighter's stats on the server, will all clients recognize that the Rhino now has 3000 hull over 1600?

Likewise, if I modify on a client, will other ships still be able to kill me as if I were a puny 1.6k ship?

Lastly, If I make regen. NPC shields on my server (by editing the files manually, as no straight mod has been released to this effect, to my knowledge), will all clients recognize the npc shield regenerating?

To answer the last question: The best way to achieve is by changing the loadouts, giving the NPC loadouts the proper shields (lazy people just do a 1-minute find-and-replace function while giving them all light fighter shields, real geeks edit every loadout manually to set up the proper fitting shields. The loadouts are definitely server-side, and can be modded server-side to have an effect on all clients (even without a client mod).
